Candidates that we search for are experienced middle and higher level managers and specialists who have a HBO (Higher Vocational Education)/MBA/university work and/or intellectual level education. Mostly they will work in Food & Beverage, Retail, FMCG, holding positions in:

Our selection procedure in short
- If both you and our Consultant think you match the job profile of the relevant vacancy, then we are happy to invite you for an interview by telephone with our Consultant.
- At least one face-to-face interview will take place with one of our Partners/Consultants. After this interview, each of you will have better insight into your career ambitions. This conversation will add value to the preparation for the first interview with our client. We will then write a short and strong report of this conversation, and after your agreement we will discuss this report with our client.
- In most cases our client will then invite you for a first interview.
The remuneration of the positions we fill usually will start from € 70,000 a year.
